In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dkh88", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the dkh88.io platform and all associated services.
• "You", "user", "player", "member" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through dkh88.io.
• "Platform" refers to the dkh88.io website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interface, and all services made available through those channels.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the BDT-denominated balance held within a player's Account, reflecting deposits, winnings, bonus funds, and withdrawals.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a player on a sports betting market or casino game through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by dkh88 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all player balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by dkh88 prior to processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.
• "Prohibited Person" refers to any individual who is under 21 years of age, who is excluded from the Platform, or who is otherwise ineligible to hold an Account as described in Section 2.

References to any statute or regulation include all amendments, re-enactments, or replacements of that statute or regulation. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To register an account on dkh88.io you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through dkh88 or any related platform.
• You have not previously had an account closed by dkh88 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting activities under any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of a third party, corporation, or syndicate.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on dkh88.io. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. dkh88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at the time of registration or at any later point during your membership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. dkh88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify dkh88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

dkh88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. KYC verification may be required in the following circumstances:

• Prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• When cumulative deposits within a thirty (30) day period exceed ৳50,000.
• Where dkh88 has reasonable grounds to suspect identity fraud, account sharing, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• At any time at dkh88's absolute discretion for account security purposes.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age and identity verification; a recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document confirming your residential address (issued within the last three months); and, where payment verification is required, a screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used to make deposits.

dkh88 will review submitted documents within five (5) business days. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is complete. dkh88 reserves the right to refuse withdrawal and close an account where a player fails to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days of the request being made.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the dkh88 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). dkh88 does not apply any currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to sixty (60) minutes during business hours. dkh88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which dkh88 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for mobile money accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the account. dkh88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal restrictions: Funds deposited on the Platform must be wagered at least once in full prior to a withdrawal being permitted. Bonus funds are subject to their own specific wagering requirements as described in Section 5. dkh88 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to a player's Wallet and subject it to investigation where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.

Players may not deposit funds on behalf of another person. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party payment source will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed for compliance with these Terms.

dkh88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between this section and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% first deposit match up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a 25x wagering requirement applied to the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made.
• Reload Bonus: Eligible active players may receive a weekly 50% reload bonus up to ৳10,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount.
• Cashback: A weekly net loss cashback of 10% up to ৳5,000 may be credited to eligible players. Cashback funds carry a 5x wagering requirement.

Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining at the expiry of this window will be forfeited. Real-money funds in your Wallet are used for wagering before bonus funds, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

dkh88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus offer at any time. Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage strategies, or any other exploitative behaviour — will have bonuses forfeited and their accounts closed without notice.

Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Players must opt in to each individual promotion as described in the offer details. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside of the wagering process.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the dkh88 sportsbook, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international series), football, kabaddi, hockey, tennis, and basketball markets.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. dkh88 will not cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed unless an obvious pricing error has occurred, as described below.
• The minimum single bet stake is ৳50. The maximum single bet stake is ৳200,000. These limits may be adjusted for specific markets or events at dkh88's discretion.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided prior to the completion of the minimum required play period (as defined by the relevant sport's governing body), all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's Wallet.
• dkh88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a system error, manual pricing mistake, or data feed failure. Players will be notified of such voids and stakes will be returned.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during the course of an event at dkh88's discretion. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid.
• Any winnings arising from a void bet, erroneous payout, or technical malfunction will be considered void and must be returned to dkh88 upon request.

dkh88 does not accept liability for any bet placed based on inaccurate statistics, scores, or match data displayed on the Platform where those inaccuracies result from third-party data feed errors. Players are encouraged to verify match information through independent sources before placing any wager.

All casino games available on dkh88 — including live dealer tables, slot games, crash games (including Aviator by Spribe), and table games — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The specific game rules for each title are determined by the respective game provider and are available within the game interface.

All games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. dkh88 does not alter, adjust, or interfere with the RNG or game outcome in any way. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are sourced directly from the game provider's certification and reflect long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds — they do not guarantee any specific outcome within a single session.

• The minimum bet per game round is ৳10. Maximum bets vary by game title and are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical interruption during a live casino round, the outcome determined by the game server at the time of the interruption will stand as the final result.
• Any malfunction of a game that results in an erroneous display of winnings will render the affected round void. dkh88 will investigate and correct affected balances within five (5) business days.
• Players are prohibited from using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play casino games on the Platform.

dkh88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to any casino game for maintenance, provider-side updates, or regulatory compliance reasons. No compensation will be payable for scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.

dkh88 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21 years. We do not knowingly permit minors to register accounts or use any service on the Platform. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be closed and funds forfeited pending investigation.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be activated by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately upon request. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further wagers may be placed until the period resets.
• Time-Out: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, your account remains open but no deposits, bets, or casino play are permitted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkh88 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you are a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1.
• Using automated software, bots, macros, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, play casino games, or exploit the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players or third parties, or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain without immediately notifying dkh88.
• Using stolen, cloned, or third-party payment methods to make deposits on the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or time-out restrictions by registering a new account.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing player accounts or account credentials.

dkh88 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose account information, transaction records, and any other relevant data where legally required to do so. dkh88 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected prohibited activity.

dkh88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the player through their payment provider.
• At dkh88's sole discretion, for any reason that dkh88 determines to be necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, dkh88 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account, including real-money balance and any pending withdrawals, pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course before the account is closed. Voluntarily closed accounts may be reopened upon request subject to dkh88's verification procedures, unless a self-exclusion has been applied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dkh88 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party data feed errors, or events beyond dkh88's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet connectivity issues, natural disasters, or acts of government).
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate match statistics, scores, or odds data displayed on the Platform where those inaccuracies originate from a third-party data provider.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by game providers regarding game outcomes, RTP, or technical malfunctions within provider-operated game environments.

dkh88's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the value of the deposit directly associated with the transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by dkh88's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dkh88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

dkh88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to dkh88 collecting and using your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dkh88 uses your personal data for the following purposes: account registration and maintenance; identity verification (KYC); processing deposits and withdrawals; fraud prevention and security monitoring; responsible gaming compliance; and customer support communications.

dkh88 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform communications and stores personal data on secure servers protected by industry-standard access controls. dkh88 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any software or technology used on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website without dkh88's prior written consent.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.

Game content displayed on the Platform is owned by the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) and is subject to their own intellectual property terms. dkh88 is licensed to distribute this content but does not claim ownership of it.

dkh88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dkh88 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not materially change obligations, or changes required to comply with new regulations — may take effect immediately without individual player notification.
